Conference Return Policy

Full conference refunds may be allowed up to thirty (30) days prior to the event’s start date. A 50% refund may be given 21-29 days prior to the start date.
No refund may be given with less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event’s start date unless approved for valid reason by the President and Executive Director.
All refunds must be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail) to the national office postmarked by the appropriate deadline.
All approved refunds shall be disbursed at the conclusion of the conference.
Transfer of conference fees to another eligible attendee is acceptable.
Documented extenuating circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
